• Shut the website down to make adjustments and/or changes at any time without notice. Customers can expect downtime for short periods throughout the year. 
• Expects customers to advise The Soap Garden of any adverse reaction to products purchased from this website.
• All of the photos, products, ingredient recipes, product names are the sole property of The Soap Garden and does not give any individual the right to copy or claim these as their own.
• Block and refuse service to customers for reasons like unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam and the like.
• Disable user accounts.

The Soap Garden will not be held liable or accountable for any of the following:

• customers misusing products
• adverse reactions as a result of customers misreading labels
• any adverse reaction to all of The Soap Garden Products
